Resolver Cable Error

The Resolver cable error is triggered by a condition defined as below:

ABS (Amp2  -  Amp2Threshold)  >  Amp2Limit

Amp2 is the monitoring of Sin and Cos signal amplitude (Sin2+Cos2). This value can be read with object 0x3100,3. Theoric value for a resolver with ratio 0.5 is 11342 (Pac).

Amp2Threshold is the expected Amp2 value, adjusted in object 0x3102,1
Amp2Limit is the acceptable Amp2 variation limit, adjusted in object 0x3102,2

Adjustment method :

Display 0x3100,3 siognal in the digital oscilloscope when moving the motor over more than 1 revolution

Set 0x3102,1= average value of 0x3100,3

Set 0x3102,2 > max variation of 0x3100,3

The parameters 0x3102,1 and 0x3102,2 are saved in the drive (DRIVEPAR.TXT file).
